VOICE IMPROVEMENT COURSE


REGULATIONS



1) Description

This course is oriented towards Italian and foreign professional singers, voice students and graduated professionals in Voice and Vocal Chamber Music in any age range and vocal range that wish to improve their knowledge of the operatic repertoire.



2) Admission

The course will accept a maximum of 10 (ten) applicants as active students.



3) Dates and location

The course will be held from Sunday 17th to Friday 22nd September 2017 at the Convent-Museum Santa Vittoria in Fratte Rosa (Pesaro-Urbino), Italy.  



4) Development of the course

5) Program

The repertoire proposed by the students will be worked under the point of view of the interpretative technique, the aesthetic of the vocal technique, and the problematic vowels of every participant.

Practical Exercises:

  3. .-Vocal Warm-up Exercises

  4. .-Care of the Vocal Instrument


6) Final performance and certificates

Active students will perform in the Final Presentation of the course on Friday, 22nd September, which will be also recorded. The program of the recital will be based on the repertoire worked during the course and will be decided by the instructors. At the end of the course the students will receive a participation certificate.



7) Language

The official language of the course is Italian, but the classes may also be taught in German, English and/or Spanish if necessary.

9) Costs and payments

Active students’ fee

The €350 (I.V.A. Included) fee must be paid in cash on the first day of the course or per Money Transfer to: Polifonie d’Arte, IBAN: IT35M0760115500001018184455.


The attendance fee includes accommodation in private houses, Bed and Breakfast or Cottages and 2 daily meals for the duration of the course.


10) Transportation and tourist information

- There will be a shuttle available for transportation to the course. For this service, please contact the Administrative Office to request travel schedules.

- The Administrative Office can provide tourist information for Fratte Rosa and the surrounding areas.

11) How to get to Fratte Rosa

The nearest airports are Bologna (Marconi Airport) and Ancona (Sanzio Airport). The nearest train stations (where we can provide pick up shuttle) are Fano and Ancona (coming from the sea side) and Fabriano (coming from Rome).
